Health Club The Base offers live group classes for free

Routine, a healthy diet and daily exercise are three ingredients that will help you stay mentally healthy. But the latter in particular is a challenge for many in this special time. The daily bike ride to work or the train station is canceled, the gym is closed and yoga turns out to be a lot less "zen" in your messy apartment. How to stay fit in times of social distancing? 

Health Club The Base offers a solution. The sports club temporarily offers free live workouts via Zoom. Ten lessons a week, from Monday to Friday.
