Schiphol Oost Bootcamp

We have some exciting news for our Schiphol Oost community. We understand that the discontinuation of the bootcamp sessions came as a surprise and disappointment to many. Your feedback matters to us, and we're thrilled to announce that we're giving it another shot!

Due to demand and the strong sense of community spirit, we've decided to bring back the bootcamp sessions for another month. We want to ensure that your health and wellness remain a priority. As long as we have at least 10 enthusiastic participants, we're committed to continuing these invigorating sessions.

Here's the rundown:
What: Free Bootcamp Sessions
When: TUESDAYS 5, 12 and 19 september from 17:30 - 18:15
Where: Gebouw 144
Why: Combat the sedentary lifestyle, boost your energy, and foster a strong community

"Bootcamp" is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with elements of strength, maximum strength, fun, and aerobics. It's a quick yet challenging workout that takes only 45 minutes of your time.

This initiative is proudly brought to you by Spot, with the aim of promoting a healthier and more active lifestyle within our community.
