Now that the holidays are over, we'd like to look back on the special moments from 2023 through the following Year in Review:
A Warm Welcome for 2000 New Members
Last year, Spot welcomed a whopping 2000 new members from over 50 companies based at Schiphol. Our platform, known for the Spot Pass and the numerous events that Schiphol professionals can participate in for free, now boasts over 8,000 registered members.
Highlights: Tulip Picking, Spot Festival, and Discount Card
We started the year with a burst of color at the tulip picking event on The Square, where over 700 Schiphol professionals enjoyed more than 10,000 tulips, live music, and food trucks.
In June, we organized the first edition of Spot Festival, an event organized for and by our Schiphol community. The lineup was curated in collaboration with six of our tenants, and local experts from companies like Microsoft, Samsung, and HEINEKEN took the stage.
Since the introduction of the Spot Discount Card in September, Spot members can enjoy discounts at more than 40 local businesses, both on Schiphol Plaza and beyond.
Christmas Breakfast: Traditionally Ending the Year Together
As a tradition, we concluded the year with the Spot Christmas Breakfast. The Christmas breakfast is a collaboration with Schiphol Real Estate and originally started as an initiative for tenants from The Base. It has now grown into an annual tradition at two locations, bringing together more than 600 Schiphol workers.
Looking Ahead
And in the new year? In 2024, we will continue organizing meaningful events for everyone working at Schiphol. Additionally, we will undertake other activities that contribute to a pleasant working environment. Do you have ideas? We would love to hear them. Your input is invaluable to us!
