Twice a week free bootcamp for everyone who works in the Schiphol area:

- Tuesday at Schiphol Oost
- Thursday at Schiphol Centrum

Working at a desk all day not only impacts our health, but also how we feel. A bit of exercise on a regular basis keeps the mind and body strong.

"Bootcamp" is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with elements of strength, maximum strength, fun and aerobics. A short and challenging workout in only 45 minutes.
