Luchtvaart Community Schiphol (LCS) signals the need among employers at and around Schiphol to position Schiphol as a great place to work. To find out whether this perception of Schiphol as an attractive work area is also present among (future) workers, LCS has asked consultancy firm Jonge Honden to conduct a study into the perception among students, workers and job seekers. With this input, we can better respond to the needs of our (future) employees.
