SPOT Bootcamp

Every week free bootcamp for everyone who works in the Schiphol area.

Working at a desk all day not only impacts our health, but also how we feel. A bit of exercise on a regular basis keeps the mind and body strong.

"Bootcamp" is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with elements of strength, maximum strength, fun and aerobics. A short and challenging workout in only 45 minutes.

This is offered by Spot.

Hi team, In case you're wondering, we can change in Gebouw 144. This is also where we can leave our belongings. However, leaving stuff behind is at your own risk. We are really looking forward to tonight and seeing you!!
