Guest profiling at Schiphol
For my final Master thesis at Hotelschool The Hague I am creating profiles of people working in the office buildings around Schiphol (Schiphol CBD, The Base, The Outlook, etc.).
Thanks to this information I will be able to assess how I can improve the guest experience of business people having lunch of dinner in a restaurant at Schiphol.
For those who do not go out for lunch or dinner yet, I would like to discover the reason why and how to meet their expectations.
